INOMAX.ai provides an AI-powered business intelligence platform designed to help startups, scaleups, and SMEs conduct self-evaluations, understand their potential, and identify risks. Our Services include, but are not limited to, AI-driven analysis of user-submitted data, generation of reports, and services to connect startups with potential investors ("Startup Funding Services").
Our analyses and recommendations are generated by AI models combined with expert insights and are for informational and guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as securing funding or business success.
To access most features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may upload or submit documents, financial data, business plans, and other information ("User Content") to our Services for analysis. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services to you. We are committed to the confidentiality of your User Content, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Certain Services are provided free of charge, while others require payment. We offer different service packages ("Starter", "Advanced", "Professional", "Executive") with varying features and fees.
For our Startup Funding Services, a retainer fee is required to initiate the process. A success-based Finders Fee, calculated as a percentage of the total investment secured, is due to INOMAX.ai upon successful funding. The specific terms of this arrangement will be detailed in a separate Finders Fee Agreement. All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.
Protecting your data is our priority. We handle all User Content with the utmost confidentiality, in line with Swiss standards of data protection. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy. All evaluations can be accompanied by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lausanne, Switzerland, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
